The tall secretary-bookcase of beautifully sensual bombé shape, veneered with kingwood showing the floral design on front and sides, a typical feature of Genoese furniture of the 18^th century, the upper part with a pair of mirrored doors atop three small drawers, the lower part with a fitted desk atop two smaller drawers and two large ones below, gilt bronze hardware.
